1. Personal data

1.1. The administrator of personal data collected via the Website is the Administrator.

1.2. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Electronic Services of July 18, 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

1.3. The User may transfer his data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Website, such as:

1.4. The data provided to the Administrator is processed in order to implement the ordered Service.

1.5. The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User.

1.6. Providing data by the User is voluntary and at the same time necessary to take the action required by the form.

1.7. The administrator ensures that the transferred data is protected against unauthorized access.

1.8. The Administrator does not disclose the User’s data to third parties. An exception may be the obligation to provide information to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful demands in the scope resulting from the request.

1.9. The administrator does not entrust anyone with the storage of personal data.

1.10. The User is entitled to:

a. the right to control, access and correct their data,

b. the right to control the processing of data concerning him, contained in the Administrator’s data file, in particular the right to: demand supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently suspending their processing or deleting them, and to submit a complaint to the supervisory body.

1.11. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, you can contact the Administrator by sending a relevant message in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator’s address indicated at the beginning of this privacy policy.

2. Cookies

2.1. The administrator uses cookies (cookies), that is, small text information, stored on the User’s end device (eg computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.

2.2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then may access information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes and to ensure proper operation of the Website.

2.3. The Administrator informs the User that it is possible to set up a web browser that prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s terminal device. In such a situation, the use of the Website by the User may be difficult. 2.4. The Administrator hereby indicates that the cookie files may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

3. Other technologies

3.1. The Administrator uses the following technologies to track activities undertaken by the User within the Website:

  • Facebook Pixel code

3.2. Using the Website saves the logs on the server. These are data that include User’s IP address, information about the browser used, the User’s operating system, server date and time. The data recorded in the logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
